We went to the pop-up shop of Divine chocolates to check out their new additions to their range – the Whole Almond and the Dark Chocolate with Mango.
Got a warm welcome from David (Manager) and the team, as well as lovely cafe lattes courtesy of Cafe Direct.
They also have a range of lovely baked goodies using their various chocolate flavours available to sample and purchase near to the till area.
We had fun learning to make chocolate truffles from a water-based ganache during one of their masterclasses by Divine Chocolateer Gloria.
Also, check out the healthy snack bars from Tropical Wholefoods, a partner company of Divine Chocolate I was advised by David, which helped to balance out the cocoa sugar hit from the chocolate truffles.
Love Divine chocolates, especially the flavour profiles of the Ghanian cocoa beans they use that comes through in the dark chocolate. We will be back again at the weekend to purchase more of our favourite chocolate treats for enjoying after Lent!
